Il Bigio is a Valpolicella Classico Superiore born from the skillful blending of lightly dried grapes. A wine of character that unites the freshness of the land with the complexity of partial drying.

Ruby red with light garnet nuances.

Complex, with notes of blackberry and cooked fruit that evolve into a delicate bouquet of spices.

Taste

Aristocratic, with excellent structure and body, decisive and elegant with its tannins, persistent with hints of ethereal aromas and a broad, long finish.

Vinification

Late manual harvest with light drying in the fruit loft. 20-day maceration with traditional techniques, daily punch-downs and pump-overs.

Aging

4 years in oak barrels, then completed in the bottle.
